 
   
   Earlier this year I contacted Rob to work out a training programme for the Chester Marathon in October.
   Normally a straight forward request, but due to three months illness I only had three and a half months to train and needed to make every session count.
   After discussing things with Rob he worked out a plan for me to follow which worked extremely well.
   It improved both my strength and fitness in time for the marathon.
   I have been very pleased with all the help and advice from Rob and even ran a new PB in the Chester Marathon, knocking 12 minutes off last year's time.
   I would strongly recommend runners of all abilities to contact Rob if you feel you need help, advice, encouragement or like me a detailed training programme.
