I completed Manchester marathon 2016 in 3:46:50 after training really hard, but losing 3 weeks due to injury (due to the hard training).
I realised that I needed help to get the GFA time that I wanted in the 2017 event.
I decided that I needed to keep the Sports therapist, I went to a podiatrist, I tried to change my running style, I even signed up to yoga.
But I needed more than this; the running plan that Rob designed for me provided me with 2 things;
1. A tailored plan to ensure that I could achieve a PB at all distances.
2. Someone who cared if I completed my training runs or not. If I missed runs there was someone asking why? This also made me question how much I wanted to achieve my goal?
The end result:
Manchester marathon 2017: 3:39:24
Rob has encouraged me every step of the way to achieve this goal...thanks to Rob I will be on the start line London 2017.
